Add it to your calendar: One click booking integration

Booking a desk or meeting just became even smoother! We've made it possible to insert 'Add to Calendar' buttons in confirmation emails. After clicking, the user will be redirected to the Calendar application and an event creation pop-up will appear.
How does it work?
Option 1:
Add 'Calendar Buttons' by entering:
{{add_to_calendar.google_button}}

In the email text or template:
- email reservations.meeting_room.confirmed
- reservations.hotdesk.confirmed

This allows the operator to choose what text and buttons to display.

Option 2:
A URL without button decoration:
{{add_to_calendar.google_url}}

Add to calendar buttons by  entering
